Vanetza grew up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and has led a successful military career as a top-ranked officer in the U.S Army. She graduated from Norwich University after joining the private military academy as a cadet with a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and French. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership also from Norwich University as she became the nation’s youngest female Captain. Vanetza is a certified personal trainer, a renowned bodybuilder and has inspired women all over the world to become their best selves through fitness. She has stepped on international platforms as a speaker in London, UK and was featured on a national campaign with BodyBuilding.com

Vanetza joined Beauty Water, Inc. in 2015 as Director of Logistics. She served as a multi-functional logistician for the past 10 years with progressive experience as a multifunctional logistics officer in the roles of Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, Maintenance Officer, Operations Officer, Readiness Officer, and most recently as the Senior Plans Officer in charge of the 334th Petroleum Support Battalion in West Hartford, Connecticut. She has extensive experience in personnel management, project management, improving processes, property accountability, requesting and receiving supplies and equipment, facility maintenance, and inventory management. Her military career includes logistical planning and operations for worldwide deployments and training events and she currently holds a Secret Security Clearance. Vanetza is currently pursuing her Supply Chain Professional Certification through the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
